The andro wood Wanokiwami Ren OFF is a unique project that was created in close cooperation between the andro wood developers and Takeshi Wanaka, a carpenter from Japan who specializes in fine woods. Wanaka, a true master in his field and honored with many international awards, brings his extensive knowledge in the selection, processing and gluing of high-quality woods. The andro development team deliberately gave him free rein to allow influences from other areas of wood processing and to integrate innovative ideas. These influences were successfully implemented in outstanding racket woods, which was unanimously confirmed by contract players, coaches and test players in numerous tests.
Design:
The Wanokiwami Ren is the first seven-layer andro wood made in Japan. It impresses with its excellent and almost artistic workmanship, which pays attention to every detail and turns the wood into a masterpiece.
Construction:
With a moderate speed and a particularly pleasant touch, the Wanokiwami Ren offers ideal conditions for a variable topspin game. Despite the seven layers, this wood is surprisingly light, which further optimizes handling and playing feel.
Playing behavior:
The Wanokiwami Ren enables excellent topspin play and offers you the flexibility to vary the tempo as you wish. The excellent workmanship ensures an exceptional feel with every shot while also ensuring high precision and control.
